AKC Competition Obedience [Virtual Titling]

Prerequisite: Students must have basic obedience skills - heeling with a loose leash, sit, down, stay/wait and come when called.
This class is for those students who want to compete in Beginner Novice and Novice Obedience. You will learn correct body positioning for you and your dog as you work through a series of exercises including heeling with change of speed and turns both on and off leash, figure eights, standing for examination, recall and finishes, as well as long sits and downs. While this class is focused on AKC Virtual Titling, the skills can be transferred into the in person show ring.
Fee is $140.00 for 5 weeks. Please note, Payment is either cash, Venmo @LauriePiaskowski or check payable to Laurie Bengtson. Payment is due at the first class.
